Move Well offers businesses, corporations, and organizations a movement wellness experience designed to help employees connect with their bodies and promote healing through somatic practices.
Move Well started with the vision Alexis had to not just create another dance class, but more of a movement experience that can be felt on a cellular level. She became obsessed with mental health, self growth and healing as she began to learn the benefits of movement down to the science level. As Saenz learned about Epigenetics, she began to wonder how to incorporate this into her dancing with intention. In 2019, she taught her first Ancestral Healing Movement Meditation class at the University of Michigan to the School of Dance, during her residency and that’s where it all began. Alexis decided from then on, she wanted to move with intention and provide this to more groups as she’s seen the benefits first hand and how it has affected people’s lives in a positive way.
