Dance is a beautiful way to release pinned up emotions.
Movement is medicine and dance is healing.
You do not have to be a dancer to move your body, step out of your comfort zone and into a somatic experience that will be healing to your mind and body. Choose from a wide range of dance styles for a follow along, beginner, dance class. With styles such as contemporary improv, hip hop grooves, house basics and salsa basics. You can also choose from a genre of music like pop, house, country music to create a specialized playlist and class curated to you and your employees liking.
Let your mind go and your body move to the rhythm of the music and you may learn some moves that will stick.
Classes can be one or two hours but can be extended.
